Stylex had its roots in the late 1970s when on-site management training courses were presented in industry, businesses, organizations, and school districts. Our writings of articles and textbooks were given to other companies for publishing and marketing. Working with the Telelearning Corporation of San Francisco, Stylex developed the course content for its first on-line management training course in Stress Management offered through universities and colleges throughout the U.S.A. and Canada. The first edition of that course was distributed for Commodore-64 platforms, Apple platforms, and IBM-DOS platforms. Stylex incorporated after 1989 and began its own publication of textbooks in 1990. Software development and publication began in 1992 with the addition of simple 5.25 inch disk tutorials to some Stylex books.

By 1996, Stylex was developing and publishing hardcover books, paperback books, 3.5 inch disk tutorials, and full-blown interactive multimedia CD-ROMs. We began developing Web sites for other companies and organizations around the same time. Family Web-site development began in 2000.

Stylex continues to develop and publish books, software,on-line courses, and Web sites. Our corporate, organizational, and family Web site development offers on-line presence to families, small and medium-size companies, organizations, and school districts along with on-line publication of newsletters and interactive screens for on-line bulletin boards and chat rooms.
